Shergroup is a well-known enforcement solutions provider in the UK. Originating from the heritage of Sheriffs Shergroup has come a long way since its inception. We were the original Sheriffs, before being renamed High Court Enforcement Officers when the UK Government modernised the role. Claire Sandbrook, Shergroup’s CEO, was one of the primary negotiators with Ministry of Justice officials as this antiquated law enforcement system was upgraded.

Call The Bailiffs | Time to Pay Up

Claire is also an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer who’s now going into her fifth decade as enforcement professional. “Call The Bailiffs” is now Claire’s third TV project having been involved in the creation of “The Enforcers” on ITV, “Can’t Pay? We’ll Take it Away”, for Channel 5, and now “Call the Bailiffs” with an updated format and diverse team of enforcement professionals. All the Writs you see Shergroup’s High Court Enforcement Agents enforcing on the TV show “Call The Bailiffs | Time to Pay Up” are in Claire’s name and she manages and oversees the entire enforcement operation.

The “Call The Bailiffs | Time to Pay Up” TV show has been produced for Channel 5 TV by Middlechild Productions. Led by Award-Winning Producer, Andrew Eastel, the show has been developed using Shergroup’s expertise in High Court Enforcement. The show features Shergroup’s highly skilled and professional enforcement agents working to enforce orders and judgments of the High Court.

After much deliberation, Middlechild Productions reached out to Claire Sandbrook and wanted her to work with them to produce a new series on High Court Enforcement. Claire liked Andrew’s idea of filming the enforcement agents, enforcing the judgments sent to Claire. Claire was only sceptical that the show should keep away from poverty porn and Andrew and the team at Middle child understood this and it took a few phone calls for Claire to come on board with the TV project during the pandemic.

Call The Bailiffs Cast

The fantastic team of enforcement agents you saw on Season I of Call The Bailiffs | Time to Pay Up TV show was handpicked by Claire Sandbrook. Call The Bailiffs Time to Pay Up cast featured Agent Mark, Virgil, KC, Sherry, Alex R, Alex J, Chris, and agent Gavin. Claire thanked all the agents for doing a wonderful job with the filming of the TV show with the Middlechild team.

Every agent had a unique approach to handling the debtors as you must have watched on Call The Bailiffs Time To Pay Up.  Agent Sherry from Call The Bailiffs came across as someone whose persistent and keeps on trying till she gets her way through. Agent KC from Call The Bailiffs came across as rock solid figure who stood strong against the most difficult debtors. Agents Gavin and Virgil came across as agents with empathy. They allowed time and were patient with the debtors. On the other hand, agents Chris, Mark, Alex J and Alex R came across as seasoned enforcement agents who were firm with their actions and didn’t let anything come in their way.

Shergroup Enforcement Solutions

As an enforcement solutions provider, Shergroup feels happy that Call The Bailiffs show showcased an altogether different side of enforcement. The efforts paid off and resulted in a successful TV documentary about High Court enforcement that is truthful, professional, and relevant. Viewing figures have been strong and over 9,000,000 viewers for the first series confirm that the public is still intrigued by this part of the justice system.
