We instructed Shergroup on behalf of our Company to enforce a County Court Judgment after a debtor had failed to pay the money owed to us.
Our experience with Shergroup has been excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, courteous and responsive throughout, keeping us informed as the matter progressed and explaining clearly what was required at each stage.
We had some administrative issues with obtaining the documentation required for the Writ of Control, but Shergroup guided us through what was needed and, once the necessary documentation was provided, progressed the matter through the compliance and enforcement stages.
When the debtor subsequently proposed paying the outstanding debt by instalments, Shergroup contacted us for instructions and respected our decision that we wished to continue enforcement and require payment in full.
The High Court Enforcement Agent ultimately attended the debtor's premises and successfully recovered the outstanding amount in full.
I would particularly like to thank Jackie, Shripad, Ankush, Sangam and the wider Shergroup team for their assistance, professionalism and communication throughout the process.
The recovered funds have now also been remitted to our Company, bringing the matter to a successful conclusion.
Debt recovery and enforcement can be a lengthy and sometimes frustrating process, so having a professional team handling the enforcement made a considerable difference. Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Shergroup to other businesses requiring assistance with the enforcement of an unpaid judgment.

Jackie Morgan and the team did a fantastic job in taking me through the debt recovery process from liaising with the court to following up with the other party.
The full amount has been recovered with minimal fuss and with great communication from Jackie and the team at Shergroup.
