Welcome to Shergroup TV.

Shergroup has come up with a new season of Shergroup on the Sofa. This series is a compilation of Facebook Live videos, conducted by our Chief Shergroupie Claire Sandbrook. You will watch new guests every week on the sofa from different industries talking to Claire about how they started their business, their expertise, their ventures and how they are solving the problem of their community. Claire leads the conversation around how all these professionals can help people in business with an optimistic and feet-on-the-ground approach.

Today as Claire marks 42 years of joining the organisation which she grew into Shergroup – she is delighted to have taken time out with her colleague Sandip Saluza to discuss the benefits of outsourcing. Sandip has been with Shergroup since 2006 when he joined the company as a member of the debt collection team. Like Claire, he has risen through the ranks of the company, and is now the VP of Offshore Operations based out of India. With a firm handle on the tiller of overseas development, Sandip provides day to day problem solving for Shergroup and its clients across a broad range of operations including, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Cashflow, Property and High Court Enforcement.

Catch up with Claire and Sandip as they discuss how Shergroup can help business owners follow in Shergroup’s steps – to build a strong offshore capability! Watch this video to understand how outsourcing your business operations can help you grow. Why India is the most popular choice by the western countries when it comes to outsourcing? And how Shergroup Itself has benefitted by outsourcing its operations to India back in 2006. The talent pool of India was already massive but after the pandemic there has been a growth in the percentage of people available online to work. Shergroup has been lucky to find some great talent from India and you will watch Claire talking about how focused and driven the people from India are. Shergroup has been a supporter of work from home culture, and it allows people from different parts of the world including India to work for the company.

This allows people to take care of their families and still be working for reputed organisations like Shergroup. Claire says that Shergroup as a company is wholly supportive of Indian professionals wanting to work by accessing new technology. So, we believe small businesses can benefit largely by outsourcing their services to India. Every small business wants to maximise their profits and keep their expenditures to minimum and Sandip explains how outsourcing plays an important role in that.

So, keep watching if you want to understand how your business can benefit from outsourcing.
