Shergroup to set the bar for professionalism with new Lead Auditor

A Lead Auditor has been appointed by business solutions provider Shergroup to ensure the company continues to perform to the most professional standards.

Neeru Kainth will scrutinise the operations of the Essex-based company from its India base in Delhi, ensuring that standards are being met and advising on any accreditation opportunities. The 32-year-old has been working for Shergroup for the last eight years in an operations role.

Mrs Kainth, who holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Amity Business School in India, said: “I am relishing the opportunity to channel my skills and expertise into my new role. It’s the first time Shergroup has appointed a Lead Auditor and it highlights the company’s commitment to professionalism and the highest possible standards. I am very grateful for this opportunity.”

Shergroup, which has also just opened an office in Florida, currently has a number of accreditations including the quality management system standard ISO 9001, information security award ISO 27001 and the environmental management standard ISO 14001.

The company is also compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, while it is certified as a member of the Approved Contractor Scheme from the Security Industry Authority. In addition, Shergroup is a verified supplier of the Achilles Utilities Vendors’ Database.

Its experienced teams provide a wide range of services from revenue management, debt recovery, transcription and legal services to evictions, security and training.

Chief Executive Claire Sandbrook said: “As a company, Shergroup is always striving to improve our operations and ensure we give the best possible service to our customers. We are confident that Neeru’s considerable expertise and knowledge will help us continue to do just that.”

Shergroup is likely to be accredited with IOSH18001 compliance for health and safety at work by March, with certification expected for BS25999 business continuity compliance in October. The company is also working towards membership of the UK Safe Contractor Scheme as well as accreditation from the Contractors Health and Safety assessment scheme and the Police Community Safety accreditation scheme.
