Claire’s guest for today is her long-time colleague Sue Loustalan who, in over two decades at Shergroup has used her experience in our debt recovery, legal and enforcement divisions to manage our Customer Service and Complaints process. In her 24 years of service, Sue has managed to accomplish a vast array of tasks – from helping individual and corporate clients manage their judgments to securing property repossessions. Recently she was assigned the task of managing the content for the hit TV show, “Call The Bailiffs”. Sue worked with Claire Sandbrook, as Shergroup’s High Court Enforcement Officer and the team from Middlechild Productions to pull together the chronology of the Writ of Control at the centre of each TV story.
