Shergroup appoints new head of property and security services

Shergroup, the leading High Court Enforcement specialist, has appointed Tracey Wright as Head of Property and Security Services, responsible for managing and deploying officers for vacant property protection and evictions. The role sees Tracey report directly to the Chief Executive, Claire Sandbrook.

Tracey joined Shergroup in 2003, where she initially worked in the finance department. She has since risen through the ranks at Shergroup, undertaking roles such as Operational Support Manager and Audit and Training Officer.

In her new role, Tracey is responsible for the planning and risk assessment for large evictions, including all matters of health and safety as well as acting as the main liaison between the Police, Enforcement Officers and the Client. She is also responsible for the working practice compliances at Shergroup. Shergroup clients range from local authorities to major business services organisations, and include protecting both residential and commercial properties.

Claire Sandbrook, Shergroup Chief Executive, says that Tracey’s appointment emphasises the value the company places on client relationships: “Having worked with Shergroup for the past seven years, Tracey has built up excellent relationships with clients and partners that benefits the company as a whole. Promoting from within also allows someone with a deep working knowledge of different roles and experiences of Shergroup the opportunity to drive the security sector and impart this experience on the team.”
