Shergroup Appointed Corporate Enforcement Partner of ICM

Shergroup, the specialist enforcement company, has become the first company of its kind to be appointed as a corporate partner for the Institute of Credit Management (ICM).

Shergroup has a long-standing relationship with the ICM. Its Chief Executive, Claire Sandbrook, is the Vice Chair of the ICM’s Executive Board, and has been an active Member for many years. The corporate partnership will provide all ICM Members with access to a partner with expertise in public and private sector enforcement specifically through innovative online solutions.

Philip King, Chief Executive of the ICM, says that the enforcement of High Court judgments is an unfortunate but necessary part of the collection process: “Partnering with Shergroup will give Members access to the company’s team of experts whose knowledge of enforcement procedures can be a very valuable asset to any credit team,” he says.

Claire Sandbrook, CEO, Shergroup, believes that partnering with the ICM is an exciting development for the business: “Our High Court Enforcement Officers are highly respected and have won awards for their customer service and innovation,” she says. “Now ICM Members will have greater access to their expertise as a benefit of Membership.” .
