A half-day Land Recovery and Enforcement conference is being held later this year by Shergroup to give a step-by-step guide to removing squatters from land.

If it is eco warriors or travellers that have moved on to your land, Shergroup’s conference can show you Best Practice and offer solutions to help remove them, without infringing their rights, through the High Court instead of the County Court.

The event is being held at the Westminster offices of London law firm Bircham Dyson Bell, which specialises in real estate and major infrastructure projects. As well as legal advice it offers political and public affairs advice.
