Claire Sandbrook

CEO Shergroup

Claire Sandbrook is the Chief Executive Officer of Shergroup Limited which is a business solutions group with three registered offices in London, Orlando and New Delhi. Under her leadership Shergroup has become a name to reckon with in the UK as an enforcement service provider, specialising in the delivery of outsourced services for sectors that require the enforcement of orders, judgments, and awards. In addition to the core enforcement services, Shergroup has also developed a range of business solutions to help fellow business owners to move forward.

With an emphasis on delivering quality at every level of its operations, Mrs Sandbrook’s capability, knowledge and management style is stamped on every aspect of the Group she has founded and developed.

Claire is a powerhouse of ideas with a vision for perfection and an inspiration for all the young entrepreneurs who want to make a difference in world economics and be a part of the change.

June started her career at Shergroup in 1999. Her first role was to assist in a new project, The Sheriffs Lodgement Centre. This project that her CEO, Claire Sandbrook founded went from strength to strength and Writs of Control were issued for all Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers of England and Wales.

It is when working in the Sheriff’s Lodgement her knowledge of all kinds of court judgments grew making her a go-to person when people need help. She has made sure that all her knowledge has been passed to her team members and has travelled for training purposes.

She then went on to get involved in the enforcement side of the business, Writs of Control, and especially large evictions where she has attended on many a site.

Her integrity, honesty and loyalty have always been appreciated and she soon went on to become a Director in Shergroup Limited. A big part of being a Chief of Staff is being able to learn from an established leader. That for June is her CEO, Claire Sandbrook who she directly reports to.

June is very much a hands-on person and deals with a multitude of responsibilities. She innately appreciates how to manage sensitive and confidential information with confidence and discretion. She’s a strategic thinker as her role also requires the managing of conversations, synthesizing multiple points of view and aligning on the direction all partially and professionally.

Today June is identified as not just the Chief of Staff at Shergroup but she has carved her own identity through the amazing work she does. Be it dealing with clients, fixing internal and external issues, helping the team find a solution if they are stuck with a situation and everything that comes across her way. June is an extremely warm and welcoming person and she’s also closely involved with the team’s welfare activities. Be it a personal or professional problem, everyone knows that June is their go-to person if they need any help.

June Marenghi is one of the pillars of strength for Shergroup and her consistency, dedication and interpersonal relationship building skills have contributed largely to the success of the company.

Sandip Saluza

Chief Operations Officer

Sandip Saluza is a highly experienced operations leader with over 22 years of professional experience and more than 19 years at Shergroup. As Chief Operations Officer (COO), he is responsible for overseeing the entire operational framework of the organisation, including Finance, Digital Marketing, Sales, Back-Office Administration, Compliance, and Vendor Management, ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

Sandip brings strong strategic and hands-on leadership, with proven expertise in streamlining operations, improving productivity, and implementing robust, scalable processes. He is highly proficient in SLA and KPI management and has successfully led numerous insourcing and outsourcing initiatives, both within the UK and internationally, contributing significantly to Shergroup’s operational efficiency and growth.

He is also a recognised subject-matter expert in High Court Enforcement operations, offering practical, well-considered solutions in complex enforcement matters. In addition, he has extensive experience managing and supervising dialler operations, compliance teams, and third-party service providers, ensuring strict regulatory adherence and service quality.

As a key member of Shergroup’s global leadership team, Sandip works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients. His dedication, leadership, and attention to detail continue to play a vital role in driving Shergroup’s operational excellence and long-term success.

Jackie has been with Shergroup for 34 years and she loves helping clients to find a solution to any issue that they need her assistance with. She manages an elaborate portfolio of Clients at Shergroup, and they know that they can pick up the telephone if they have a problem that they need her help on she will find them the solution. Jackie is hardworking and a dedicated team player and draws satisfaction when she’s able to help a client with a positive outcome for their problem. She’s been involved in some of the most important client cases at Shergroup and she continues to put her best foot forward each time she’s given a responsibility.

Raz Dadabhoy

Raz Dadabhoy is a highly experienced Business Solutions Advisor who heads up our Team. Raz has been with Shergroup for over 22 years heading up a dedicated and loyal Shergroup Team. Raz manages her own diverse portfolio of clients and has helped to grow the Shergroup brand. She's a professional, highly motivated, and confident Business Solutions Advisor with an impressive record of achievements and a proven ability to balance priorities, meet tight deadlines and exceed customer expectations. With over two decades spent fostering relationships with clients, she has a natural ability to build rapport with integrity. Delivering excellent client service with the human touch, a proactive approach and excellent communication skills. Her reputation and strength are firmly based on her proven ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with businesses, individual clients, introducers, and other professional bodies.

Anthony Bousfield

Business Solutions Advisor

Anthony is a highly experienced litigator and Legal Executive. and is also a fellow of the institute of credit management and a fellow of the Institute of paralegals. He has both in house and private practice experience as a fee earner and as the former legal manager for an FTSE top 100 company where he forged his relationship with Shergroup over 16 years. He has considerable experience in achieving business objectives as well as deploying robust procedures utilising excellent communication skills and is a comprehensive professional whose wealth of analysis and management expertise has helped to grow the Shergroup brand after joining the company for which he had worked so closely in January 2020.

Donna Murphy

Business Solutions Advisor

Donna is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) and a member of the Association on Credit Professionals (MACP)as she’s been in the credit industry for over 15 years. She joined team Shergroup in 2018 as a Business Solutions Advisor, coming previously from a management background in sales and recruitment. She was able to transfer these skills to her current role. At Shergroup she’s assisting clients with a varied range of different services. She’s passionate about achieving the best results for her clients and tries to exceed their expectations. As a part of the Shergroup team, Donna is ever interested in learning about your new, skills, working for different clients and facing new challenges every day. She loves the fact she’s evolved as a professional after joining Shergroup. And what makes it more interesting and meaningful for her is when she’s able to bring a smile to her client's face with her efforts. We are sure whether someone needs support with a residential or commercial tenant issue, enforcing a judgment, recovering, and securing their property or looking to recruit the right addition to their team, Donna is the right support, throughout the process, from start to finish.

Sue is a confident, hard-working and career-driven individual with a successful proven track record of working within the financial industry for over 20 years. She has an extremely strong work ethic and enjoys working to strict deadlines, with a bold passion for problem-solving. She has been with Shergroup for almost 23 years now. In her role as a Business Solutions Advisors at Shergroup, she’s responsible for managing individual clients along with corporate clients, helping them enforce their judgments, property repossessions, securing their businesses and everything in between trying to lift the heavy tasks from their heads. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail, she is a vital asset to the company.
