FAQs: Residential Property Repossession Service

What costs are involved beyond the fixed fee?

Our £1,199.00 plus VAT fixed fee covers the complete standard service as described, carried out by two enforcement agents. The only potential additional costs would be for additional enforcement agents or security personnel where the risk assessment requires them, extended security services beyond the initial repossession day, specialised locksmith services for unusual lock systems, storage of occupants’ belongings if required, or an abortive-visit fee where an eviction cannot proceed for reasons outside our control. Any such costs are agreed with you in advance wherever possible.

Why do I need to complete a Health & Safety Questionnaire?

Before we attend, we carry out a risk assessment so that our enforcement agents arrive properly prepared and resourced. The Health & Safety Questionnaire tells us about the property, the people to be evicted, and any risks you are aware of. Accurate information protects everyone involved and helps us complete your repossession safely and without delay. Completing the questionnaire is a condition of instructing us.
