• Processing weekly/ fortnightly/monthly payroll using Sage/Star/Moneysoft which includes new hires and termination
• Calculations salaries and handle Statutory Payments and benefits i.e., SSP (Statutory Sick Pay), OSPP, SAP, Maternity, Paternity Pay & leaves
• Dealing with all types of payments related to vendors and suppliers
• Processing of P45, P46 & P60 forms
• Handling post payroll activities like Full Payment Submission (FPS), Employer Payment Submission (EPS), Earlier Year Update (EYU) and Year End
• Producing and calculating monthly journals, accruals, and repayments
• Providing full support to the Finance Director and be responsible for all aspects of the purchase ledger functions.
• Recording and Reconciling client accounting data like vendor bills, customer invoice, vendor bill payment, customer receipts, credit card entries
• Responding to requests, queries from client/CPA’s to a set service level
• Preparing Management accounts and comparing the actual expenses and revenues with the budgets
