What sort of percentage do you take on any split of fees?

In the event of a partial payment we will split our fees on a calculation which equates to roughly 65% to the Judgment Creditor and 35% to the High Court Enforcement Officer. All such fees are paid from funds recovered from the Judgment Debtor.
