Connected with various businesses, discussing potential new instructions and the management of existing ones. This includes following up on pending instructions and exploring opportunities for future collaborations in areas like debt recovery and legal enforcement.

4. Financial Sector |

Received multiple instructions from the financial sector, demonstrating our expertise in handling complex legal and financial matters, from collections to court order enforcements.

5. Property and Real Estate |

Advised property and real estate clients on specific cases, emphasizing our proficiency in dealing with property-related issues, including eviction and asset tracing.  Our landlord and tenant service continues to support landlords who are short on help – and who are suffering with the delays in the civil court system. 

6. Educational Outreach |

Proactively reached out to potential clients in various sectors, offering our services and expertise. This included educational conversations to inform them about our capabilities and how we can assist in their specific scenarios.  These conversations are ongoing and necessary.  Shergroup is unique, it’s a unique platform and it’s a constant conversation to help people see we add value to their situation.

Sought client feedback through calls and requests for Google reviews, underscoring our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.  We care about our clients, and their opinion of us matters.  Our high Google Review score shows we are getting great results, and giving support to our clients.  Sometimes a review shines a light on something that didn’t go as well as we hoped and we use those reviews to tidy up a situation, and learn from it. 

8. Internal Collaboration |

Worked closely within our team to ensure a seamless service delivery, coordinating across different departments to provide the most effective solutions for our clients. We have a team of experience with people who are focussed on the needs of our clients and they really do care.  So often we work with new clients because a competitor didn’t get back to them, or spoke to them in such a way that wasn’t helpful.  We have crafted our response in these situations to show we are the team that cares and that offers solutions that fit the situation. 

9. Value Generation |

The day’s activities led to significant value generation, as evidenced by the successful completion of security contracts, new enforcement instructions, and progress in ongoing cases.
