One Time Fee Tribunal Award Enforcement

PRODUCT INFO | If you have come out of the Courts of England and Wales with an Award from any Employment Tribunal or ACAS and you haven’t received your money then this is the product you need.  Whatever the amount, and as long as the Award is not more than 6 years old, we can help you enforce, or compel payment.  You can also use this service if your former employer defaults in making payments to you.  All you have to do is upload your Award paperwork (every page please) and fill in your details.

We charge £171 as a one-time-fee for processing your paperwork.  The end result from our legal process is to turn your Award into a Writ of Control.  We then give this Writ to our High Court Enforcement Officer, Claire Sandbrook, who has the authority to enforce payment by taking control of the goods of your former employer.

Some people that apply to use this service come within an exemption to pay court fees (use this link to check your own position – https://bit.ly/2CxpHBl ).  If this applies to you please call us first before lodging your Award with us on 0203 588 4240 and we will explain how to get your Award paperwork to us.

If for any reason you can’t find your Award – don’t worry – We can apply for a copy for you or you can apply yourself by writing to The Employment Tribunal Public Register at Bury St Edmunds County Court, Triton House, St Andrews Street (N), Suffolk IP33 1TR.  You can ring the office on 01284 762 171 if you want to check the situation for yourself.

Even if you have left the enforcement of your Award for some time, or you gave up trying to use the court enforcement system, it’s worth giving us a call to see what options you have to get back on track to get your compensation.

Interest will be clocking up on your Award from the date it is made and on a large Award this can be a substantial sum of money.  Interest runs at 8% per annum – so on an Award of £10,000 that’s £800 a year which is added to the amount you are owed.  And don’t worry we work out all the calculations to check you recover the correct amount.

As part of our legal service, we convert your Tribunal or ACAS Award into a High Court Writ of Control, which gives a High Court Enforcement Officer, we use Claire Sandbrook and her enforcement agents legal authority to take legal control of the goods of your former employer and sell them at auction if your former employer doesn’t pay the amount that is due.

Over the years we have seized goods for all types of employees who have taken their employer to Tribunal only to find the employer doesn’t want to pay the eventual Award.

So, if your former employer refuses to pay your Award, then goods can be taken to be sold to pay your Award.  We can’t guarantee you 100% success, but it certainly puts you in the driving seat and gives you a good chance of getting paid quickly.  You probably also have a very good idea about your former employer’s business and where stock or cars are kept which can all be taken to pay the amount of your Award.

To get your Award to us please

  1. Scan or click a photo on your phone of all your Award paperwork which confirms the amount you have been awarded from the Tribunal or ACAS
  2. Upload this on to our website
  3. Pay our fully refundable fee (unless you fall into an exemption as mentioned above) – which we will refund if we find on our review that we cannot process your judgment for some reason
  4. Complete your full details so we can make contact you and complete our client compliance checks
