So how many firms are there out there that can advise you on the pre-action stage in respect of all of the above? There are a few, which is great news if you want to shop around. What about the Court action stage? Not quite so many firms I am afraid so if you want to ensure that the process is dealt with by the same firm you might want to check that the firm is able to deal with both these stages before instructing them. Finally, how many are able to deal with all 3 stages including the difficult enforcement stage? This short list of firms has become even shorter! We can only think of one…that is Shergroup!
