Today Claire is in conversation with Karen Friedman, Co-Founder of Winter Garden Yoga. Winter Garden Yoga was started by Karen and her husband in 2010 because both of them were deeply inclined toward yoga and have been practising it for years. And then they decided to teach this wonderful art to others.
Both Karen and her husband wanted a place where everybody could practice yoga safely and with confidence! Slowly Winter Garden Yoga started picking up and after proudly serving the community for over a decade, they had to close down their yoga studio in May 2021 because of the pandemic.
But life had other plans for us says Karen, they took Winter Garden Yoga online and opened it for the world. With our amazing online yoga services, we can now help people in ways we never thought were possible!
In their journey, they have helped thousands of clients who would normally never give yoga a try because of fear and thinking they could not do it, to feel confident, and safe, and receive the endless benefits of a regular yoga practice.
The services they offer include yoga primarily. Apart from yoga, we offer strength training, we also offer nutrition where nobody has to diet but eat the right food in the right composition.
