• Provide support in managing a caseload and to ensure that the debt status is up to date.
• Identifying cases/accounts which are not generating any payments so that delinquent debts are escalated appropriately.
• Provide professional and effective services to internal/and or external customers, to meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of Quality and Timeliness in line with Departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicating courteously with internal and/or external customers by telephone, email, or face to face, building positive relationships, investigating, responding to, and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.
• Speaking positively and enthusiastically about the company and its product and services to ensure that a professional brand image is provided at all the customers and colleagues.
• Working with other departments and divisions within the organization to identify and process improvements and improve standards, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensuring that a good level of understanding and knowledge of organization products and services, is maintained at all times and customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately.
• Working on automated to manual dialler to maximize the number of outbound calls.
• Working on any CRM or Debt Collection Platform used by an organization.
• Following all necessary Debt Collections guidelines and procedures set out by regulators.
