Are You A Flexible Employer?

The good news is you are not alone. Only this week an article in the UK’s Daily Telegraph outlined all the different ways that employers can offer flexibility (see https://bit.ly/30vdlF9).

In the article, it mentioned that 9 out of 10 Brits would like flexible working with the flexible schedule but only 11% of jobs currently paying over £20,000 per annum actually provide some form of the flexible employee, flexible working.

As a company that supports #smartworking, we want to join like-minded employers and employee turnover to fulfil job roles which allow for greater flexibility. It is the future of flexible work arrangements for many roles, and we want to help people connect.
